Intro

In this guide, we will take a closer look into the vehicle damage system. Understanding how the damage system works will give you an edge on the battlefield.

How does it work?

Intro

Each vehicle has an overall health pool as well as one or more module components. With the right weaponry, these components will turn into weak points. You can check which component(s) each vehicle has and where they are located on our training server on the Arnhem Range map.

The components (Outside view)

Gas tanks and ammo racks (Red)
Destroying these components will blow up the vehicle.
Crew (Blue)
Penetrating this area will kill the crew member inside the tank.
Tracks (Green)
The tracks can be damaged, when damaged it hinders maneuverability.
Turret Ring (Yellow)
The turret ring can be damages, when damaged it hinders rotation speed of the turret
Engine (Pink)
The engine can be both damaged and destroyed. When destroyed, the tank can't move until the engine is repaired.
Vehicle (White)
Hitting the white areas will still damage the tank and blow it up when the health pool is depleted.

The components (Inside view)

The state of your components is displayed in the bottom-right side of your screen. The color of the icons indicate the state of each component. Whites means not damaged. Yellow means damaged and red means destroyed.

Repairing components

Both damaged and destroyed components can be repaired with the repair wrench. You can only repair the components from outside the tank. Using the repair wrench will only repair the components to full function but does not heal the tank.
