Ground Branch 747 Assault

Time for another Ground Branch Event!

This time we'll do a airplane assault, where one team is inside the plane, and the other team need to breach and clear it.
Bring your SMGs, shotguns and flash grenades.









We'll do this for a while and might try a hostage rescue variation of it too, if people are up for it.
Warmup will be deathmatch.

Rules and restrictions for the event:

Reasons for these "rules" is to add some difference between the teams, add some "flavour" and make it slightly more immersive. Will of course change things on the fly if something doesn't work as intended.

Red team is always defending (Inside plane)
Blue team is always attacking (Breaching plane)

Red team gear rules:

Allowed guns: AK variants, Galil, FAL, AKS-U, SVD, Shotguns, M1911 pistol
MUST wear red long sleeved Polo
MUST have black clothing/belt
NO helmet as headgear, everything else is allowed
Balaclava allowed
MUST have the battle belt, no vest.
Only frag grenades, 1 per person
NVGs not allowed
Flashlights allowed

Example kit RED:




Blue team gear rules:

Weapons allowed: M16, M4, MK18, HK416, shotguns, all SMGs except AKS-U, all pistols except M1911
MUST wear Blue long sleeved Polo
MUST have tan clothing/belt
Only helmets as headgear
Balaclava not allowed
No frags. Just smokes and flashbangs. 2 grenades max per person i.e 2 flashes or 2 smokes or 1 flash and a smoke.
NVGs allowed
Flashlights not allowed

Example kit BLUE:



Plan and organize in the ready room before entering the map. Might set a timer on this, if needed.
Both teams spawn in. Attackers stay away from the plane while the defenders get setup inside.
When defenders are ready, blue team moves under the middle of the plane, and let's other team know when ready.
Reason for this is that we want to have the fighting focused inside the plane, not from the plane and out etc.

We will start with daylight, will change to nighttime to change it up a bit.

Both teams ready = round start.

I would definitely say improved upon as we then pretty much annihilated the other team with minimal losses

Improvise, adapt and overcome.

I'll have it said my original plan was to be in the cockpit, but I believe Bleak wanted the "server room" . So, as always, let's blame Bleak?
