Glitched or not Glitched FOB answered

Hey guys,

We had a small debate today whether an FOB placed in the center of a HAB is glitched or not. I initially considered it not glitched as it appeared to be accessible to both shovels and c4 (or so I thought). But after testing it in Jensen's Range I discovered that you can't remove the FOB with a shovel no matter what position or angle you try without having to dig up the HAB first. C4 still works though.

So... verdict: Glitched

I picked this up from seeing other RIP SLs doing it and thought it was a great idea but if you're one of those SLs please refrain from it like I will as it's considered a glitched FOB

FOB radion should have a cover over radius or something? No? Or how can this be solved?
