Ground Branch VIP extraction



Time for another Ground Branch Event!



This time we'll do a VIP extraction on the Depot map, so bring your scopes as long range firefights are bound to happen.





Overview of the map with start points and extraction zones:




Red team will start at the extraction zones.
Blue team chooses their start and extraction points.
With 9-12 participants the blue team gets to choose one extraction point. If we are more than 12 players blue team gets to choose two extraction points, which will both be active.
If not enough people sign up, we will do a PvE hostage rescue scenario.
Warmup will be deathmatch.

Rules and restrictions for the event:

Reasons for these "rules" is to add some difference between the teams, add some "flavour" and make it slightly more immersive. Will of course change things on the fly if something doesn't work as intended.

Red team is always trying to kill the VIP
Blue team is always trying to extract the VIP

If the VIP dies for ANY reason, the red team wins
If the VIP reaches the extraction zone alive, the blue team wins


Red team gear rules:

Allowed guns:

• AK variants
• Galil
• FAL
• AKS-U
• SVD
• Shotguns
• M1911 pistol

Allowed sights:

• 1P78 Kashtan
• ASR
• EKP-8-18
• Iron Sights
• OKP-7
• PSO-1M2

NO Suppressors
MUST wear red long sleeved Polo
MUST have black clothing/belt
NO helmet as headgear, everything else is allowed
Balaclava allowed
MUST have the battle belt, no vest.
NO restrictions on grenades or breaching kits.

Blue team gear rules:

Weapons allowed:

• M16
• M4
• MK18
• HK416
• Shotguns
• all SMGs except AKS-U
• all pistols except M1911

Sights allowed: All except above mentioned
MUST wear Blue long sleeved Polo
MUST have tan clothing/vest
ONLY helmets as headgear
Balaclava not allowed
MUST have a vest, no battle belt.
NO restrictions on grenades or breaching kits.

VIP gear rules:

ONLY weapon is a 1911 Pistol with suppressor and a maximum of 2 magazines.

Blue team chooses a VIP as well as their spawn and extraction points in the ready room before entering the map. Might set a timer on this, if needed.
Both teams spawn in. Red team will head to the extraction point(s), blue team will head to their startposition.
When both teams are ready, the round will start.
