gaming monitor 2.0

So recently I saw a post from Frank about gaming monitors and to be honest it might be time for my monitors to be replaced.

I have 2x 29inch Ultra Wide screens from LG. their standard refreshrate is 60Hz but in the Nvidea control panel I got them up to 75Hz.

However having upgraded my PC in the past year or so
(From i5-6500 and 1070ti to Ryzen 5 2600x @3,8-4,2Ghz and a 2070Super)

I think I wanna get back to some 16:9 monitor action
1440p and some higher refresh rate but I don't really know which ones to get.
I have like a 200-250 euro budget (I wanna replace just 1 monitor, I like having the second one being wider for multi tasking)

Any suggestions are welcome. Full HD is also welcome but the high refresh rate is a must.
