Folding@home

Post by mievec »

This thing is getting bigger and bigger, im watching it all over social media. I think we should start a RIP team in this and contribute to science. This voluntary and you can use it when you like. Also you can set up the program to run on idle so everytime you ar afk it starts going.

*edit* Maybe a admin should set this up properly (i can do this if i get an OK from a head admin) --> https://apps.foldingathome.org/team <--

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Folding@home <-- Information

Have already been folding for linus tech for a few years so not joining rip team sorry..

I would join an existing team they have people dedicated for making events giveaways etc.. It is cool to fold for the better good but it is even more fun to win a steam gift card.

Anyway if you need any support it is very well explained onn the linustechtips forum.
